A Canadian style industrial city will be built along Xianpeng Road, which will be the corridor of showcase for the city project.

Two Axes of Industrial Clusters:

The phase I projects will be mainly developed along two main roads, Xianpeng Road and Xiannan Boulevard, starting from south to north and from west to east, which form two axes of industrial clusters.

Three districts

Three functional districts:

The Sino-Canada High-tech Industrial City will be divided into three functional districts, Science and technology district, manufacturing and service district, and integrated commercial and residential district.

Four industrial parks:

There will be four industrial parks in the Sino-Canada High-tech Industrial City: High-tech Industrial Park, Featured Light Industrial Park, Food Processing Park, and Precision Machinery Park.

Sino-Canada Science and Technology City project will take full advantages of Hubei Modern Urban Construction Group (real estate developer) and the Balloch Group (TBG, investment bank). We’ll build a modern high-tech industrial city by incorporating the idea and experiences of Canadian industry city, utilizing the opportunities of the manufacturing and industrial restructuring in North America, and local financial resources and human talents. The city project will be developed by integrating the advantages of clustering, scale and featured enterprises through professional project management. While creating key players in the industry, we also encourage and support small and medium companies in development stage. We promote collaborations, co-development, and resource sharing among enterprises. We will make Sino-Canada Science and Technology City (Hubei) a demonstrative base for co-development.
