Financing services

Modern Sino-Canada Science and Technology City has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a number of joint-stock banks in China to provide financing services to businesses to address the needs of corporate cash flow.

One-stop services

Xiantao Municipal Government provides one-stop services to enterprises residing at "Modern Sino-Canada Science and Technology City" by establishing and implementing "Green Pass to Investment Projects" to help enterprises complete their business registration, tax registration, application and approval procedures; help qualified enterprises with their high-tech certification process according to provincial industry policy and help them with their funding for key projects.

The project will engage a professional property management company with expertise in industrial and high-end residential property management to provide 24/7 high-quality facilitation services. Help residents deal with the difficult problems through integrated database management and services. Provide residents with high-quality business, manufacturing and living environment.

Preferential policies

 

Full Support from Xiantao Municipal Government

Xiantao municipal government has listed Modern Sino-Canada Science and Technology City project as the key construction project in Xiantao City. The government will provide full support and high quality services to resided enterprises.


  • The local income taxes that are actually paid will be fully rewarded back to the resided enterprises for the first 5 years when the enterprises start to pay industrial income taxes. From year 6 to 10, 50% of local income taxes will be rewarded back.
  • The government administrative charges for the resided enterprises'construction application will be completely waved. Labor charges will be discounted to 20% of the minimum standard fee.
  • The government administrative and labor charges applied to the resided enterprises’ manufacturing and administration will be discounted to the 50% of minimum standard fee.
  • For resided service companies, such as commerce, medical treatment, culture, logistics, warehousing, brokerage, consulting, accounting and auditing firms, etc., the varies type of local taxes will be waved completely for the first 2 years from the inception of the business and subsidized to 50% from year 3-5, according to the size of the enterprises.
  • Foreign-invested enterprises will concurrently enjoy state’s relevant preferential policies applied to foreign companies.
  • If meeting relevant policies and regulations, the resided enterprises will enjoy all three levels of preferential policies from state, Hubei province, and Xiantao City.
